Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oats & Co.! You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your Oats & Co. purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. To return an item, the item must
be new, unused and in its original packaging.
Follow the steps below:
1. Send us an email to let us know.
2. We will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
4. Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.
5. Funds will be distributed once return items has been received.
